| Intercity services run from London and Edinburgh, and Arriva Trains provides a cross country service. No matter which direction you are travelling from, change trains at Middlesbrough and take the Esk Valley line. | From the North and South The Olde Ford is easily reached by the M1, A1 and A19. If you're travelling from the West use the M18, M62 and A64. |

| There are a number of bus operators providing services to and around the Whitby & District region, including National Express, Arriva and Yorkshire Coastliner. |
| How to find us |
| The Olde Ford is marked on the map by the blue circle. If you're travelling by car, go through Sleights and turn right towards Ruswarp onto the B1410, we are 80 yards down the road on the right. If you're catching the train it's even easier, get off at Sleights, walk across the bridge over the River Esk, we are 50 yards on the right. |
